I really love Melanie Martinez's new album "Crybaby" and I really got a nice vibe from her song 'Cake' and I felt it was very fitting with Tristabelle. Her character has changed a bit since last time I wrote about her; before moving to Zircon a while ago she was in an abusive relationship and up to now, she's been having commitment issues. Not that she can't trust the people she dates but she's just afraid to get attached and the idea of being with someone whose actually nice is actually frightening to her in an odd way. She won't always have those scars when I draw her; I just wanted to add some symbolism when I was drawing; but usually when she wants to be presentable she'll cover that up with concealer.
